Our consulting approach has the singular goal of helping our clients strengthen or develop the ability to sustain change in support of achieving strategic growth objectives and competitive advantage. Our approach is built around two elements - project results and collaboration with our clients.


Project Results:

The focus of discussion in the design of many consulting projects and proposals is the list of deliverables the client will receive at the end of the project. In too many cases, value is defined by the volume of deliverables.

Strategy Dynamics Group defines the value of our work with clients by the results they experience. We work with senior leadership to identify and/or refine a strategic vision of change that they want the organization to achieve. We then design action projects that achieve near-term success and turn the vision into identifiable and measurable results.

Collaboration:

All too often companies turn to consultants for help and when the project is over all they have to show for it is a thick report. The analysis is excellent. The recommendations make perfect sense and have a clear underlying logic. But at the end of the project all the client has is a thick report with recommendations that the organization is unable or even unwilling to implement.

Strategy Dynamics Group's approach is to work with our clients so that they are the ones that experience the learning and improvement in organizational effectiveness and performance through the course of a project, and have a new-found ability to sustain these capabilities and the results they enable at the end of the project – whether the area is strategic planning, corporate strategy development, competitive and market intelligence, M&A and merger integration or other growth-focused issues.
